This interactive discussion will provide highlights from researchers on strategies deployed by seven states in the Great Lakes region that promote equitable baccalaureate attainment for community college students. The panel of esteemed state and campus leaders will discuss partnerships between universities and community colleges, transfer reforms, college baccalaureates, affordability initiatives and more.

Presenters will include Debra Bragg and Tim Harmon (Bragg & Associates), Anthony Carnevale (Georgetown University Center on Education and the Workforce), Emily Goldman (Joyce Foundation), Angela Kersenbrock (Community College Baccalaureate Association), and policy leaders in the Great Lakes region who will discuss new and evolving pathway strategies toward bachelor's degrees that are applicable to all community colleges.
