Jasmine Collins

Research Specialist, Illinois Workforce and Education Research Collaborative

Dr. Jasmine Collins is an assistant professor in the Agricultural Leadership, Education and Communications Program at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Her research is fundamentally concerned with questions of whether, how, and to what extent higher education is equipped to meet the evolving needs of contemporary society. Within the realms of diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice in higher education, she uses critical theories and methods to explore issues of higher education access and outcomes, campus racial climate and student experiences, and postsecondary leadership education and development.
